Job summary

Invenergy, LLC, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Director, Regional Wind O&M to manage the operations and maintenance of multiple wind energy centers. You will lead teams, drive safety, and optimize uptime while collaborating across departments and with budgets.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering/ops with 5+ years in supervision, travel up to 50%, and strong communication skills. Base pay and bonuses are offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, operations or maintenance with 5+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficient in CMMS and O&M practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with EHS to ensure employee safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure work complies with policies, procedures and contracts.
• Develop and implement operational philosophies to align with company culture and mission.
• Reduce turbine downtime and maximize technician productivity.
• Collaborate with O&M Managers and Operations Engineering to resolve issues.
• Drive and nurture employee engagement and culture.
• Contribute to annual operating budgets and actual expenses analysis.
• Recruit, select and train operating and administrative personnel in the region.
• Conduct regular visits and audits of wind energy centers.
• Other tasks as assigned.
