Invenergy is seeking a Director, Regional Wind O&M to lead the operations and maintenance for wind energy centers in Oklahoma and nearby areas. The role requires strategic oversight, safety leadership, and strong collaboration with engineering and asset management teams.

You will manage maintenance programs, drive efficiency, and recruit/train personnel across the region while aligning with Invenergy’s mission to deliver reliable energy.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations or maintenance.
• At least 5 years in a direct supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of CMMS and O&M practices.
• Able to travel 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations and maintenance of wind energy centers in Oklahoma and surrounding areas.
• Ensure safety, policies, procedures, contracts and company missions are followed.
• Develop and implement operational philosophies and procedures to align with Invenergy’s culture.
• Analyze and streamline maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize technician productivity.
• Collaborate with O&M Managers and Operations Engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of operating personnel in the region.
• Participate in budgeting, tracking and analysis of operating expenses.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits of wind energy centers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
