Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician to cover vacations and absences at multiple water and wastewater facilities. The role supports training of local teams, develops resources, and assists on new account startups.

Significant travel is required, including multi-week assignments, with responsibilities for operation, maintenance, lab testing, and reporting. You will train technicians on site, improve training materials, and ensure compliance with safety and standard

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks, up to a month for extended assignments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage for Veolia facilities in the region during vacations and absences.
• Develop and deliver training for local technicians and create electronic training materials.
• Ensure facilities meet industry standards, safety programs, and reporting requirements.
