Veolia is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician to cover vacations and absences at multiple wastewater facilities in the region. The role involves on-site operation, maintenance, training development, and support for new account start-ups, with significant travel expected.

You will train technicians, ensure compliance with industry standards, analyze lab data, and implement process improvements while coordinating with the SWOT team and Veolia management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in wastewater treatment operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google apps.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage across Veolia facilities in the region.
• Train and develop local technicians in the region.
• Ensure facilities follow industry standards and best practices.
• Support new account start-up projects with SWOT team.
• Analyze lab data and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with management and teams to optimize operations.
