Black & Veatch Corporation seeks an West Execution Director for Water Solutions to lead regional business development, client engagement, and the delivery of profitable water projects. You will drive strategic pursuits, govern pricing and risk, and mentor seller‑doer teams to achieve growth targets.

You will oversee budgeting, project execution, and governance, ensuring safety and quality while expanding key client relationships across multiple California markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading client engagement, seller‑doer teams, strategic pursuits, contract negotiations, financial performance, and risk management.
• Strong business acumen, executive client relationships, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds financial and productivity goals including earned business and cash performance.
• Oversees regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Leads a team of seller‑doers balancing new business sales, execution, profitability, and team productivity.
• Drives governance for pursuits, pricing, contracting, risk reviews, project execution, and closeout.
• Leads client engagement to shape opportunities and connect client needs to integrated water solutions.
• Promotes differentiated regional water solutions based on market trends and BV capabilities.
