• Collaborates with the Segment Director and Area Execution Leaders to set new business budgets and goals.
• Maintains strategic relationships with priority clients, partners, competitors, and senior stakeholders in the region.
• Leads client engagement using a seller-doer model and connects client needs to water solutions.
• Oversees governance, pricing, contracting, risk management, and project execution for pursuits.
• Drives safety, quality, and delivery excellence across projects and teams.
