Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a West Execution Director, Water Solutions to lead regional growth, client engagement, and profitable delivery across water projects. The role partners with Water Solutions leadership to shape strategy, develop key accounts, and drive governance, risk management, and safe, quality project execution.

You will influence strategic pursuits, manage performance across the full project lifecycle, and mentor high‑performing professionals in a collaborative, seller‑doer culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).
• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Sets new business budgets and delivers on new business goals.
• Cultivates strategic relationships with priority clients and senior stakeholders.
• Drives high client satisfaction and profitable growth in the region.
• Leads seller-doer teams balancing new business sales with project delivery.
• Oversees governance, pricing, contracting, risk reviews and project execution.
