Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an Executive Director for Water Solutions, responsible for regional business leadership, client engagement and profitable growth across water projects. The role drives governance, pricing, and risk management while mentoring seller-doer teams to win strategic pursuits and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading client engagement, seller-doer teams, strategic pursuits, contract negotiations, financial performance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional teams to align selling and execution with Water strategy.
• Develops and maintains priority client relationships and strategic pursuits.
• Directs client engagement using a seller-doer model to shape opportunities.
• Oversees governance for pricing, contracting, risk reviews and project execution.
• Drives safety, quality, and delivery excellence; achieves profitable growth.
