Job summary

Palmer Logistics, now part of H.Essers, seeks an on-site Regional Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse operations across Houston-area markets. The role partners with HR, Quality, Safety, Compliance, Customer Service, and Accounting to drive efficiency and growth.

The ideal leader is strategic, people-focused, and excels in developing teams, solving complex challenges, and maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. ISO 9001:2015 and GMP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations.
• Experience managing multiple warehouse locations and leading large operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive facilities.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Warehouse Managers and operational leadership teams.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, quality, and customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, service levels, and cost performance.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, labor productivity, and P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support company objectives and growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
