Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for 4-wall warehouse operations across a multi-site region in the United States. You will drive operational excellence, lead Site Leaders, and own KPI-driven performance including labor, throughput, and safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership with automation experience in high-volume distribution environments and up to 75% travel. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and multi-site P&L ownership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of leadership in multi-site warehouse/distribution.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse automation (conveyors/AS/RS/AMRs).
• Experience leading 100+ indirect reports and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive ownership of 4-wall warehouse operations across multiple sites.
• Lead site leaders, managers, and supervisors regionally.
• Implement SOPs, labor planning, and safety initiatives.
• Deliver regional P&L and cost-control targets.
