• 10+ years in warehouse operations with 5+ years in managerial role.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with WMS, ERP/MRP, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control.
• Plan and optimize storage space and workflows.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff; coaching and evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement Lean or process improvements.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety programs.
• Maintain documentation and generate performance reports.
