Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to drive excellence across multiple warehouse sites in North America. You will own end-to-end 4-wall operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping, while leading Site Leaders to deliver labor, safety, service, and financial results.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role requires 50%–75% travel and a track record of scaling operations, optimizing productivity, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years leading warehouse/distribution operations across multiple sites.
• Experience owning P&L or cost center performance.
• Proven record delivering productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end 4-wall warehouse operations across multiple sites.
• Drive KPI-based productivity, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead Site Leaders, Operations Managers, and Supervisors.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; manage regional labor planning and staffing.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Manage regional P&L targets and cost control.
• Travel 50–75% or more as required by business needs.
• Support new site startups and operational turnarounds.
