Job summary

ClickHouse is hiring its first Regional Vice President for the Southwest, covering Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Southern California and beyond. The role reports to leadership, builds the region from the ground up, designs multi-hub coverage, and recruits the founding enterprise AEs to sell to engineering buyers.

You will own the regional quota, forecast, and MEDDPICC-style qualification in a dynamic, fast-growing data/AI environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales in data infrastructure, databases, analytics, observability, or cloud.
• 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first- or second-line leader.
• Experience building or rebuilding a region across multiple metros.
• Strong network across Rockies, Southwest, and/or Southern California.
• Rigorous pipeline management and MEDDPICC-like qualification.
• Technical credibility with engineering buyers and modern data stack knowledge.
• Experience with consumption-based pricing, open-source, or product-led growth.
• Integrity, hunger, and accountability as ClickHouse DNA.

Responsibilities

• Design a multi-hub region across LA, OC, SD, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and more.
• Hire the founding Enterprise AEs for engineering buyers and large geographies.
• Own the regional quota and forecast with MEDDPICC rigor.
• Lead land-and-expand in digital-native, AI-native, media, gaming, adtech, and fintech sectors.
• Drive adoption into enterprise agreements and expand across teams and use cases.
• Lead from inside the deal, coaching reps through evaluations and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Marketing, Partners, and cloud teams to build pipeline.
• Build ClickHouse's regional brand in developer, data, and startup communities.
