Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking an Area Vice President in the United States to provide strategic direction and leadership across an assigned Area. The role ensures Branches meet revenue growth and profitability goals while delivering high-quality security services and client retention.

It carries full profit and loss accountability for the Area and requires strong guidance of Branch Managers to implement the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a field related to security industry and/or business management.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and leadership to the Area to drive short- and long-term revenue growth and profitability goals.
• Directs and coaches Branch Managers in security business management and ensures client retention, service expansion, and delivery of quality services.
• Ensures Area operations and administrative management are effective, timely, and efficient with full profit and loss accountability.
• Coaches Branch Managers to develop qualified staff and implement best practices across the Area.
• Oversees budgeting, business planning, and performance metrics while guiding sales initiatives and contract negotiations.
