Securitas USA seeks an Area Vice President to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a designated geographic area, ensuring branches achieve revenue growth, profitability, and service excellence. This senior role requires deep security operations experience and strong leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, develop leaders, and execute strategic initiatives across multiple locations while partnering with sales to expand service offerings

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in security operations or related field.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss accountability.
• CPP designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all branch operations within the assigned Area to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Analyze operational and financial performance and maintain P&L accountability.
• Partner with sales leadership to support business development and client retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices across locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
