Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the National Capital Division.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility including revenue growth and budgeting.
• Develop and execute strategic operating plans aligned with company goals.
• Drive profitable growth through client relationships and new business development.
• Lead sales, proposals, and strategic account development.
