Job summary

Zscaler is seeking an Experienced Regional Vice President to join our SLED team in the West/Rockies/North Central region. This role reports to the VP of SLED and will drive strategic leadership across sales, customer success, and partnerships.

You will lead a high-growth SLED organization, coach teams to exceed targets, and implement scalable processes for territory planning and resource allocation. This is a full-time, remote/hybrid opportunity based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of SLED leadership experience in software/SaaS.
• Experience building successful sales teams.
• You will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.

Responsibilities
