Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its retail platform and seeks a Regional Vice President of Retail Mortgage Lending to lead growth within the region.

This role requires guiding a high-performing team of loan originators and branch staff, with a focus on expansion and strong partner relationships. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in retail origination with leadership experience, deep knowledge of compliance, and a proven track record of pipeline development and P&L

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including leadership or management roles.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing loan originators and branch teams.
• Strong relationships with referral partners and an established professional network.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining production pipelines and branch growth.
• Experience hiring, training, and motivating mortgage sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance, QC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting concepts such as P&L management, debits/credits, and general ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and accelerate growth across the regional retail mortgage lending platform.
• Build and scale a high-performing regional team of loan originators and branch staff.
• Recruit, train, and coach top-performing mortgage sales professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources to sustain pipelines.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and financial reporting practices across the region.
