Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding in the Garden State and is seeking a Producing Regional Vice President of Retail Mortgage Lending to lead and accelerate this growth.

This role offers experienced mortgage leaders the opportunity to run and grow their region with full divisional P&L responsibility, allowing you to build your market, recruit top talent, drive production, and directly benefit from the profitability and success of the business you create.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail mortgage origination leadership.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop branch personnel.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance and fair lending laws.
• Experience building and managing a regional P&L and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the regional retail mortgage lending operation.
• Develop and manage a network of referral partners.
• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage laws and internal policies.
• Drive production and profitability through divisional leadership.
