Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage (PRMI) seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan origination team while continuing to produce at a top level. This role focuses on sales leadership, mentorship, and scaling impact beyond the individual book of business.

Ideal candidate has ~5 years in retail mortgage origination with a proven network of referral partners, and a track record of recruiting, training, and guiding branch personnel while adhering to

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with branches/divisions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership driven by sales achievement, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance.
• Scale the team while maintaining personal production.
