Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its retail platform and seeks a Regional Vice President of Retail Mortgage Lending to lead and accelerate growth within the region.

This role partners with one of the industry’s most established independent mortgage banks to build a high-performing retail division, recruit and develop loan originators and branch teams, and ensure compliance and financial discipline across operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail mortgage origination with leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead loan originators and branch teams.
• Strong referral partner relationships and network.
• Experience building production pipelines and branch growth.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance, QC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with P&L management, debits/credits, and general ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth of the retail mortgage lending platform.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing loan originators and branch teams.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners and expand the regional network.
• Oversee production pipelines, branch growth, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage laws, QC standards, and regulatory requirements.
