Peak Properties in Chicago seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a team of Property Managers for Midrise and Highrise multifamily portfolios. You will report to the VP of Property Management and ensure top-tier tenant and owner relations, strong operations, and financial performance across a growing portfolio.

The role emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and cross-department collaboration with leasing, maintenance, and HR to drive consistency, compliance, and excellence in service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Property Management experience (Midrise/high-rise or luxury portfolio experience preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years managing a team and/or office required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi and RentCafé.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Property Managers to meet performance goals.
• Oversee operations across midrise and highrise portfolios and coordinate with leasing teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, inspections, and capital repair projects.
• Monitor financials, profitability metrics, and owner relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
