Reimagined Parking is seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President to lead parking operations across Minnesota and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes client engagement, financial performance, and building a world-class team under a strong leadership culture.

The Regional President will manage a substantial portfolio, drive client satisfaction, and oversee budgeting, pricing, and strategic planning to maximize profitability. A dynamic leader is required for this critical market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in parking management leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficient in human resources management.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client retention and satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team.
• Lead by example and drive the company’s vision and values.
• Oversee HR functions, staffing, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement operational plans for parking management.
• Ensure clear communication with clients and stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
