Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a General Manager – Commercial Parking Operations to oversee parking, lot services, and client relationships, driving revenue while prioritizing safety.

You will lead a diverse team, implement VPNE policies, and collaborate with property management to meet budgets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive management responsibility with leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets and revenue in a parking/garage operation.
• 2+ years of account management and client retention.
• Strong organizational and training skills.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass criminal background and RMV checks.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a business leader through professionalism and integrity.
• Coordinate with site property management to set strategic plans for operations.
• Develop and execute budget strategies to drive revenue and ensure reporting and auditing.
• Direct, train and manage location staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain top-level service standards for a multi-use garage operation.
• Manage finances: revenue control and P&L for the location.
• Oversee payroll, staffing hours/OT and budgeting.
• Represent VPNE at client meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and uphold VPNE processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR for people-related issues and policy enforcement.
• Build a dependable team with Talent Acquisition and onsite manager.
• Ensure safety and risk prevention.
• Mentor staff and promote from within.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture across locations.
