• Mentor Regional and General Managers with feedback and career growth.

• Proactively manage risk and improve safety, relationships, and processes.
• Execute initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Analyze regional KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead recruitment to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain service capabilities; align diagnostics and training.
• Build relationships with clients and customers to grow market share.
• Collaborate with customers, insurers for seamless service.
• Drive strategic relationships to boost visibility and market position.
• Manage a dispersed team across mobile service areas.
• Oversee workflows across service lines for efficiency.
• Other duties as needed to support growth.
