• Coach and train field operations managers and teammates
• Proactively recruit for long-term success
• Strengthen vendor relationships and build regional partnerships
• Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet performance benchmarks
• Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize workflow
• Provide insights on marketing plans, sales and market growth opportunities
• Perform quality control and inventory reviews of tools, fleet, and safety
