You will coach and develop teams, strengthen vendor relationships, ensure safety standards, and drive performance through smart scheduling and market insight. The role supports growth and world‑class customer experiences and may involve substantial regional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success
• Coach and support the training and development of field operations Manager’s and Teammates
• Proactively recruit for long term success
• Strengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships within region
• Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks
• Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow
• Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities
• Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety
• Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals
• Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
