This role requires leading and mentoring teams, building partnerships, and aligning sales with capacity planning while embracing new automotive technologies. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair
• 5+ years leading and mentoring a team
• Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Agile in learning new software applications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success
• Coach and support the training and development of field operations Managers and Teammates
• Proactively recruit for long term success
• Strengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships within region
• Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks
• Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow
• Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities
• Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety
• Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals
• Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
