Job summary

The Car Park in Nashville, TN is looking for a Regional Vice President to oversee multi-site operations across four states and 50+ locations. You will identify opportunities, grow strategic partnerships, and inspire teams nationwide.

You will lead a regional team to deliver forward-thinking operational and service excellence, driving ambitious growth while defining structure, process, and accountability for the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in the parking industry.
• Multi-city/state responsibility experience.
• 3+ years of end-to-end sales cycle experience: identifying opportunities, proposals, negotiating, RFP responses.
• Budgeting, P&Ls, and proformas experience.
• Experience leading direct reports and hourly staff.
• Strong communication and leadership with inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead region's multi-site operations and regional team to deliver operational and service excellence.
• Drive regional business development: identify opportunities, build relationships, create proposals, respond to RFPs.
• Develop goals and coordinate activities for accounts with the operations team.
• Analyze costs and performance data and adjust as needed for efficiency.
• Develop and enforce regional Standard Operating Procedures and tools.
• Lead the regional Operations Team with focus on culture and performance.
