Job summary
Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead GA, NC, and TN markets. This role partners with club leadership to drive operational excellence, uphold standards, and elevate member experience across multiple locations.
You will audit clubs, steer KPI performance, coach regional teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs while supporting aggressive growth. Travel across assigned markets is required, and the role offers a competitive salary and bonus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership in fitness, hospitality or service.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and hold leadership teams accountable.
- Strong club operations, member services and billing knowledge.
- Experience with KPIs, audits and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular club audits and coach leadership across locations.
- Ensure consistent SOPs, standards and member policies.
- Track service tickets and ensure timely facility issue resolution.
- Monitor billing performance, ACH/reject handling and collections.
- Coach Operations Managers and regional staff with KPI focus.
- Review feedback and cancellation trends to boost satisfaction.
- Support Brand Excellence audits and corporate initiatives.
- Oversee inventory ordering for cleaning supplies and apparel.
- Monitor online reputation and respond to member feedback.
