The Car Park is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead strategy, growth, and operations across multiple states and 50+ locations. You will drive business development, build executive client relationships, and shape the region with practical SOPs and strong leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in regional leadership and a track record of managing budgets, teams, and complex client programs in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading multi-site operations.
• Experience driving regional growth and client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles from outreach to proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-state region with 50+ locations and four states.
• Drive new business development and prepare proposals, proformas, and RFP responses.
• Define and implement region-wide SOPs, controls, and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L accountability, and cost control across the region.
• Manage and mentor the regional Operations Team to ensure service excellence.
• Develop goals for accounts and coordinate activities across the operations team.
