Job summary

United Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic Regional Vice President to oversee our Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana branch network and lead market growth. You will drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen community partnerships while delivering outstanding member experiences.

You'll turn strategy into results, develop future leaders, and serve as a trusted ambassador for UFCU throughout the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/finance.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in a financial institution.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain.
• Proven success leading growth, sales, and service initiatives.
• Experience developing and coaching high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business, sales, and service strategies to drive UFCU's growth objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, productivity, and member service metrics.
• Partner with leaders to execute strategic initiatives and meet market goals.
• Coach and develop branch leaders across multiple locations.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth.
• Build relationships with members, business leaders, and community organizations.
• Oversee risk, compliance, budgeting, and process improvements.
