As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, you will align growth initiatives with UFCU's goals, oversee risk governance, and drive operational excellence while developing leaders and enhancing member value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Commercial Lending.
• Experience in commercial credit risk management, portfolio oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Proven success growing commercial loan portfolios and expanding market presence.
• Experience leading commercial lending and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UFCU's long-term Commercial Lending and Treasury Management strategy.
• Oversee Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, SBA, and Commercial Operations; ensure risk governance.
• Improve efficiency, scalability, automation, and service delivery.
• Grow loan and deposit volumes; deepen business member relationships.
• Coach and develop high-performing commercial teams.
