Job summary

gpac is seeking a Regional Vice President for Southwest Michigan & Northern Indiana to lead regional growth, execute the marketplace business plan, and oversee branch performance. The role focuses on building lasting member, business, and community relationships while steering profitability and compliance.

You will translate strategic goals into regional plans, recruit and develop branch teams, and collaborate with underwriting and operations to ensure balanced credit decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible financial institution management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or two years of related work experience.
• Proven record of business growth, sales coaching, and team development.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, and community relationship skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required NMLS registration.
• Travel 2-3 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into regional sales, service, business development, and marketing plans.
• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop branch teams and future leaders.
• Strengthen relationships with members, businesses, and community partners.
• Track profitability, productivity, service quality, and regional growth.
• Partner with underwriting and operations to monitor portfolio quality and make balanced credit decisions.
• Manage regional budgets and financial performance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
