Job summary

We Florida Financial Credit Union is seeking an executive leader to shape, execute, and elevate the enterprise-wide sales, service, and growth strategy across multiple branches and markets. The role reports to the EVP, COO, and focuses on driving deposits, loans, and member relationships through data-driven campaigns and digital innovation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in retail banking, a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership in a retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise-wide sales and service strategy.
• Lead cross-branch growth initiatives across multiple markets.
• Develop data-driven sales plans to accelerate deposits, loans, and memberships.
• Partner with marketing and data teams to deploy behavior-based campaigns and establish KPIs.
