Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Dallas, TX, seeks a Regional Vice President to oversee 40–130 stores with $150M–$200M regional revenue. You will drive strategic, financial, and operational leadership to deliver sales, profitability and EBITDA targets across the region.

Lead Market Managers, shape staffing and engagement strategies, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and service excellence in a fast-paced automotive collision network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior operations roles in multi-site retail/service organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years leadership experience in a regional/area role.
• Automotive industry or retail exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team to meet or exceed sales, profitability and EBITDA targets.
• Direct business and financial strategies for the region.
• Develop Market Managers and staff, including staffing, engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across markets and locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regional growth and WOW customer experience.
