Job summary

Boyd Group is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee operations across 40 to 130 stores with regional revenue between $150 million and $200 million. You will direct business and financial strategies, lead market teams, and drive growth while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role reports to the Divisional VP and forms part of the Operations Leadership Team, accountable for sales performance and staff development within the designated region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressively responsible operations leadership roles in high-volume, multi-site retail or service
• 7+ years of leadership experience required
• Automotive or retail industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop Market Managers and staff to communicate company mission and SOPs
• Lead manpower planning and staffing initiatives in the region
• Drive growth and profitability while meeting EBITDA targets
• Ensure brand standards and safe, compliant operations across locations
