Job summary

The Boyd Group in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced Regional Vice President to manage 40–130 stores and $150M–$200M in revenue. You will lead regional strategies, deliver outstanding service, and develop a high-performing staff to achieve sales, profitability, and EBITDA targets.

We value 15+ years in operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and 7+ years of leadership. Automotive/retail experience is preferred. Salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 per year, with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressively responsible operations roles in high-volume, multi-site retail or service organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience required.
• Automotive or retail industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Market Managers and staff to align with the WOW customer experience and SOPs.
• Lead staffing and manpower planning across the region.
• Foster employee engagement and accountability through recognition and performance documentation.
• Ensure brand standards across markets and locations.
• Drive safety programs and maintain compliant working environments.
• Establish client relationships and monitor service performance regionally.
• Partner with Growth and Development teams to achieve financial targets.
