Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Regional Vice President to lead our Mid-Market General Business team. Drive growth by implementing a repeatable GTM motion, develop strategy, and mentor a team of account executives to exceed bookings targets.

Travel to support deals, collaborate with leadership, and foster an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement while championing Open Source partnerships and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading successful mid-market sales teams.
• Proven success developing and executing a scalable and repeatable sales strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience building and implementing sales processes and frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in a tech, client acquisition driven business.
• SaaS sales leadership.
• Experience working within an Open Source model as a bonus point.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Developing knowledge of Elastic platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitors.
• Contributing to sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensuring attainment of assigned sales quotas by leading from the front and driving sales methodology.
• Fostering teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Establishing relationships with Open Source community and partner ecosystems.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure and support the team.
• Partnering across Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
