Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the Mid-Market General Business team. This role focuses on growing new logos and existing businesses by implementing a repeatable GTM motion and leading from the front to exceed bookings targets.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership of mid-market sales, SaaS experience, and a data-driven, strategic mindset to drive a scalable sales program while collaborating with Open Source partners and Elastic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of Elastic platform, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure quotas by leading from the front and driving Elastic’s sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Establish relationships with Open Source community and partner ecosystems.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation/closure and support the team.
• Collaborate with Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
