Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead our Mid-Market General Business team from Boston. You will drive growth by implementing a repeatable, scalable GTM motion and leading a high-potential sales organization.

As a Sales Leader, you will oversee strategy, quotas, and team performance while collaborating with Open Source and partner ecosystems to close deals and expand Elastic's footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Mid-Market sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of Elastic's technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of quotas by leading from the front and applying Elastic's sales methodology.
• Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Open Source representatives and partner ecosystems.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and provide support to your team.
• Partner across Elastic's leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
