Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead our Mid-Market General Business team. This role focuses on driving growth, developing scalable GTM motions, and leading from the front to exceed bookings targets.

You will guide strategy, messaging, and partner ecosystem interactions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a distributed company with global reach, Elastic values collaboration, openness, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience leading successful Mid-Market sales teams.
• Proven success developing and executing a scalable and repeatable sales strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of Elastic technology, messaging, partners, and competitors.
• Contribute to sales plan creation, compensation structures, and segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of quotas by leading from the front and applying Elastic’s sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with Open Source communities and partners.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation, closure, and team support.
• Partner with Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
