Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead our Mid-Market General Business team and drive growth with a repeatable, scalable GTM motion. You will guide a high-potential segment and shape the strategy to win in a competitive landscape.

As a sales leader, you’ll manage mid-market account executives, own plan creation and quotas, and collaborate with Elastic’s leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience. Travel will be required to close deals and support your team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading successful Mid-Market sales teams.
• Proven success developing and executing a scalable and repeatable sales strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of our platform, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competition.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of quotas by leading from the front and driving Elastic’s sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with Open Source community and partners.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure and support the team.
