Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive territory growth in multiple states, including North Carolina. You will recruit, train, and manage a regional sales team to meet regional targets and expand strategic accounts and IDNs.

The role offers onsite, hybrid, and field-work environments, with a robust compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5-7 years of successful medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strategic mindset and ability to translate plans into actions.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets across all business segments.
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans.
• Manage daily activities, forecasts, and budgets for regional sales team.
• Cultivate strategic accounts and IDNs within the region.
• Represent Olympus at national and regional events and support corporate initiatives.
