Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a senior sales leader to drive medical device sales across multiple states in the region. You will recruit, train and manage a high-performance sales team, while executing territory business plans to exceed targets and optimize regional spend.

You’ll cultivate strategic accounts and key clinician relationships, collaborating across the sales organization to deliver superior value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of successful medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into actions.
• Decision quality and accountability to meet commitments.
• Ability to travel 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team with recruitment, training and motivation.
• Execute annual territory business plans to meet regional objectives.
• Manage daily activities, forecasts and regional budget.
• Cultivate strategic accounts and clinical relationships in the region.
• Build strong relationships with IDNs and other key customers.
• Represent Olympus at national and regional events and support corporate initiatives.
