Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive performance across assigned territories in the United States. You will recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, manage business plans, forecasts, and regional budgets, and develop strategic relationships with key IDNs and clinicians to accelerate profitable growth.

The role requires a strong track record in medical device sales leadership, travel up to 70%, and a commitment to Olympus values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of successful medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership within medical devices.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional sales team to meet and exceed territory targets.
• Manage annual territory business plans and forecasts.
• Oversee regional expenses including travel, events, and promotions.
• Cultivate strategic accounts and strengthen relationships with IDNs.
• Represent Olympus at national and regional events and align with corporate initiatives.
