Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an experienced field-based Sales Manager to drive revenue across the eastern region, including Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia. You will recruit, train and manage a regional sales team and partner with IDNs to grow profitable patient-focused solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years in medical device sales or sales leadership, a strategic mindset, exceptional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of successful medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into breakthrough strategies.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets across all business segments within assigned geographic region.
• Develop and manage annual territory business plans to meet regional objectives.
• Coach and manage regional sales representatives, forecasts and business plan updates.
