The role requires strategic planning, occupancy projections, and collaboration with the sales team to optimize inventory and profitability across communities.

Qualifications

• 5 years in property management experience, including 2 years supervisory.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a portfolio of manufactured housing communities.
• Drive occupancy, lease-up and sales projections; manage budgets.
• Develop marketing strategies with timelines and costs.
• Lead team development, staffing, and policy compliance.
• Ensure rent collection, reporting, and annual capital plans.
