Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of financial principles and how activities drive results.
• Proven ability to influence across teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytics into insights, decisions, and actions for Regional Directors.
• Provide strategic analysis and business management support with the Field Finance team.
• Monitor regional performance and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain headcount and expense forecasts; support budgeting discipline.
• Build reporting to improve visibility and bottom-line outcomes.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and executive-ready updates.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support cross-regional initiatives.
