• Experience delivering presentations and reports to multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and influence across teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional CFOs and Market Managers to develop strategic market plans.
• Develop and present strategic insights aligned with market goals and priorities.
• Act as a thought partner to Market Managers on key business decisions.
• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Participate in month-end close and resolve data issues with WM finance.
• Prepare for business reviews with senior management.
• Manage expenses and monitor markets, ensuring timely reporting.
• Provide executive-level responses to ad-hoc requests and create presentations.
• Organize information with strong Excel/PowerPoint design concepts for dashboards.
• Work with Market Managers to assess talent and develop sales management processes.
• Lead continuous enhancements to internal sales processes.
